Our Classes
At Yoga Tree of Life, we honour the ancient healing practice of Yoga in a modern approachable way.
Our method is energising and de-stressing, working in detail with precise alignment. Our classes are tailored for Beginner, General and Intermediate levels.
We sometimes use props for both beginners and intermediates alike. Props for beginners give us better stability and balance. For intermediate practitioners they help us to go deeper into the posture and to create even better alignment.

We also offer Private Tuition for adults and children, Yoga Teacher Training (RYS-200hour), Workshops, Energetic Bodywork, Thai Yoga Massage, Courses and Retreats.

EveryBody Welcome!
You will be very welcome as a beginner or intermediate yogi to any of our classes.
Why is Yoga Tree of Life suitable for beginners?
During our sessions, I urge all my students to both challenge themselves physically, and at other times to soften and surrender. I believe that focusing on healthy, safe, and well aligned postures enables the merging of the ‘energy’ body with the physical body. Yoga recognizes the interconnectedness of the physical and energetic bodies, including the nervous, meridian, and chakra systems.
Correct alignment and form are essential. We use props for ease and direction and provide verbal cues and hands-on adjustments as needed. In contrast to practices where teachers often stay on their mats, we maintain a more interactive, often slower, and varied approach to our classes.
We often use breath work to integrate the mind-body and to allow the nervous system to relax which creates a doorway into meditative presence. This allows you to experience one of the aims of traditional yoga.
