Yoga Teaching Immersion Days

 What to Expect?


Each immersion day is practical, hands-on, and focused on the craft of practice and teaching:
        Clearer, more confident verbal instructions and stronger observational, demonstrating  skills.
        Advanced skilful use of props to support both beginners and intermediate students.
        How to take care better for stiff, elderly, or injured students with compassion and safe modifications.
        Learn the art of getting if the mat and giving quality confident hands-on adjustments: where to give on body part correct touch, right pressure, a good adjustment is a powerful tool to help your students!
        Intelligent better use of sequencing strategies and class planning: Yin, Yang, potpourri , restorative and beyond.
        Rebalancing your inner teacher: learn to connect with your own essence , learn to read the room, creating atmosphere, and embodying presence to make your classes truly outstanding.

Whether you’re teaching regularly, occasionally, or feeling a little out of rhythm, these days will help you replenish your teaching skills giving you greater insight and enthusiasm , while reconnecting with your voice, purpose, and presence in a supportive community.

Dates: Sundays – 16th Nov, 7th Dec, 11th Jan, 1st Feb, 1st March
Location: Yoga Tree of Life Studio, Kent
Time: 10am–5pm (lunch break – simple soup provided or bring your own)
Investment: Full 5-day course £600 | Drop-in £145 per day
Accreditation: Certified & Counts towards CPD hours

I’m delighted to invite you to the Yoga Tree of Life Teaching Immersion Days — a series of certified CPD (Continuous Professional Development) workshops starting this November.
These days are designed especially for yoga teachers, training graduates, and regular practitioners, if you  wish to refine, reconnect, and deepen your skills as both student and teacher all within a safe, supportive community.
