You are warmly invited to join us this New Year in January, for our Yoga Alliance Professionals accredited Intermediate Teacher Training Course.

We will be exploring as both students and as teachers, a deeper understanding of intermediate Yoga asanas, like sirsasana (head stand) and variations, Pincha Mayurasana (elbow balance), Adho Mukha Vrksasana (hand stand ) using chairs and the wall, drop backs. (Full back arch) Urdhva Dhanurasana, Ardha Padmasana (Half Lotus pose variations) plus forwards bends, seated twists and standing twists, and how to incorporate these into various yoga styles, vinyasa and slow paced Hatha.

Plus intermediate Pranayamas and sequencing with Bhandas (pranic seals) kumbakas (breath retentions). We will learn about the roots of and how to practice and teach the concepts of Vipassana, Jhana and Metta meditation.

This course will help you to massively give your Yoga practice and teaching an upgrade and re-inspiration.  It will deepen your understanding, not just about the correct alignment, technique and performance but how to improve your general teaching  style and how to help impart this knowledge and when to incorporate them into your own classes and practice sessions.

Discover which particular asanas you must master before going into the intermediate postures and how to break them down into simple step by step stages.

Learn about common errors and easier variations if you or your student are not able (yet) to perform them safely.
